Art as a vehicle to transport scientific content.

| Knowing that modern digital tools have but a short life, in this project findings of modern science are transformed into inter-culturally readable symbols and then cut into stone. This transformation of scientific facts into coded symbols is done in cooperation with artists. The main role of the scientists is to supply the data. Artists try to transform them into coded symbols. Then scientists check out, if this transformation meets the scientific content of the original data. As a final step, the work is either cut into limestone, realized as an installation or as an object. | ||
